Ever since H&M first collaborated with Karl Lagerfeld in 2004, it brought a new business mode to the fashion industry.
It offers consumers a better chance to get a designer look at a relatively cheap price. Couple of years ago, Lanvin x H&M ‘s collaboration had a huge impact on the fashion industry. After that, every year, at least once, H&M invite a fashion label designer to launch the collaboration collection. All the big names such as Anna Dello Russo, Paris Hilton, Maison Martin Margiela and so on.
H&M announced the collaboration with Alexander Wang in this April. It has been more than 6 months and today is the day all the collaboration collection launched both in store and online for sale. As the official website of H&M is currently down that indicates how much traffic this collaboration has attracted.
